Miss Youth Media America?

Thanks to the Miss America pageant, the youth media field may have a new, if unexpected, spokesperson. Twenty-year-old student journalist Eryn Lowe—currently only one pageant away from becoming Miss Idaho—trumpets the importance of media literacy during beauty contests. Lowe would like to see a regular, teen-written article appear in the Idaho State Journal, Editor & Publisher reports.
